Office Hours
Based on mutually agreed date and time.
Evenings, Saturday and Sunday appointments available.
Initial Evaluation
Initial consultation is 90 minutes for children and adolescents and 60 minutes for adults. Often, the initial appointment doesn't provide enough time to complete the evaluation and sometimes it is necessary for an evaluation to be divided into two appointments.
Subsequent Appointments
The follow up appointment times are 40 minutes in duration. All appointments are expected to start and end on time. If your appointment extends beyond the allotted time for any reason, you will be charged for the additional time at the prorated hourly rate.
Late/Cancelled/Missed Appointments:
There is a $200 charge for missed appointments unless cancelled 48 hours in advance. I realize you will have an excellent reason for canceling or a no show, but I still charge for the dedicated time set aside for you. All cancellations can be made by calling. A grace period of 10 minutes will be permitted for late appointments. You will be seen for the remaining time of your appointment and are responsible to pay for the entire session.
Crisis Management
In the event of an urgent situation or an emergency, please don't wait for a phone call back. Call 911 or go to your nearest Emergency Room. You may also call the national Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 1-800-273-8255 .
